- Verifying the identity of users and conducting background checks

4.1 Sharing Between Users
For Candidates: When you create a profile, certain information may be visible to Agencies using the Service. The visibility of your information depends on your verification status and the subscription status of the Agency:
- Basic Profile Information: Your name, general location, and basic qualifications may be visible to all Agencies using the Service.
- Detailed Profile Information: Your detailed profile information, including contact information, employment history, and other qualifications, may be visible to Agencies that have paid subscriptions and use recruit credits to access your profile.
- Background Check Results: Information regarding your background check status may be visible to Agencies with paid subscriptions.
For Agencies: When you create a profile, certain information may be visible to Candidates using the Service:
- Agency Profile: Your agency name, location, size, departments, and other public information may be visible to all Candidates using the Service.
- Job Postings: Job postings you create may be visible to all Candidates using the Service.
- Verification Status: Your agency's verification status may be visible to all Candidates using the Service.
4.2 Sharing with Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Payment processors
- Background check providers
- Identity verification services
- Cloud storage providers
- Analytics providers
- Customer support services
- Email and communication services
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
